Naomi Frost completed her Master’s degree at Monash University, researching the family histories of second-generation Cambodian Australians in Melbourne. Her thesis was based on oral history interviews that she conducted with the children of Cambodian refugees, about their personal journeys to discover and make meaning of their family histories of migration. She has also been as a committee member for Oral History Victoria, and her research interests include oral history, refugee and migration histories, diasporic memory, and particularly, the transaction of family narratives between generations.
