Oihana Cuevas San Felipe is a composer born in Montreal, but whose Spanish roots nourish her creative universe. After completing her pre-university studies in electroacoustic composition at the Cégep of Saint-Laurent, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in mixed composition under the direction of Pierre Michaud. Oihana is currently completing a Master’s degree in composition and sound creation at the Université de Montréal with Olivier Alary, specializing in music for images. Passionate about the voice and its many roles in film, she explores vocal nuances to enrich her artistic work.
