Richenda Grazette

Richenda Grazette has worked in Montreal’s nonprofit sector for over 10 years, in both community and philanthropy, before her current position at the SHIFT Centre for Social Transformation. Her passions centre around exploring transformative, iterative, and creative approaches to governance, organizational development, and evaluation; and how organizations can align their internal processes with their values. She is completing a Masters Degree in Concordia’s Individualized Studies program, doing her research on utopias building in grassroots nonprofits.
