Dr. Karoline Truchon is a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Oral History and Digital Storytelling. Her research interests lie at the intersection of urban and communication anthropology of marginalized people and experts working with them. She works within a critical and theorized applied anthropology paradigm. Her publications have examined the visibilization of human rights, poverty and First Nations’ issues as well as conditions for testimonies, among others.
