Romy Shoam

Romy Shoam is completing her undergraduate degree at Concordia University in Community, Public Affairs and Policy Studies. She works as a research assistant on Dr. Anna Sheftel’s project, Cemetery as Metaphor: An Oral History of Montreal’s Back River Memorial Gardens. Romy has also conducted oral history interviews as part of her work at the Museum of Jewish Montreal on Montreal’s queer Jewish history.
