PlaceDive Podcast
The PlaceDive Podcast is the newest project from the PlaceDive Collective, a trio of artists, designers, and researchers by the names of Mira Baba, José Alavez, and Anja Novkovic. Each episode highlights an unloved space in the Canadian urban fabric, going in-depth to tell its unknown histories and personal meanings. With a fundamentally collaborative ethos, the podcast encourages Montreal’s urban citizens to actively engage with the spaces which they occupy and the meanings constructed by, for and through urban place-based narratives. The pilot episode, based on Anja’s research in Alley Atlas, is slated to come out this summer.
