Anne-Pauline Kenscoff-Hawolange is a graduate student in Public Policy and Public Administration at Concordia University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in History from Concordia University. Her main research interests include African and Afro-Caribbean history and politics, as well as development, institution-building, and institutional memory within ethnic and multi-ethnic communities.
