Dr. Alison Rowley is Professor & Chair of the Department of History, Concordia University. A specialist in Russian history, she is the author of two books – « Open Letters: Russian Popular Culture and the Picture Postcard, 1880-1922 » and « Putin Kitsch in America, » as well as a host of article. She is also a member of the Education Advisory Council of the Blavatnik Archive in New York.
