Researcher Affiliate
Simon-Pierre Lacasse is an Affiliate Professor at the History department and a Senior Research Associate at the Quebec English-speaking communities research network (QUESCREN) at Concordia University. His research focuses on Quebec society, minority histories, and questions of diversity, memory, and belonging. He holds a PhD in History from the University of Ottawa and is the author of Les Juifs de la Révolution tranquille, an award-nominated study of activism amongst the Jewish community in postwar Quebec. He teaches at McGill University and Concordia University and previously worked as an analyst at Statistics Canada.
