The School of Health has launched new Graduate Awards intended to encourage and reward full-time thesis-based graduate students whose research topic is health related. Partnering with many of Concordia’s Institutional Research Centers whose focus includes health, the School of Health is accepting applications from graduate students working on health-related topics.
As one of Concordia’s major research centres, COHDS has been offered a $ 5,000 Graduate Fellowship, to be offered to a Concordia graduate student who is working on a health-related topic and affiliated with COHDS. Le 11 décembre, de 12h00 à 13h30 (HNE), le Centre d’Histoire Orale et de Récits Numérisés (CHORN), en collaboration avec le Geomedia Lab proposent un atelier de cartographie des récits de vie inspiré de l’Atlas des Récits de vie Rwandais. Cet atelier sera structuré autour de deux approches cartographiques, l’une permettant de rendre compte de la dimension sensible des récits à travers la recherche-création, l’autre initiera les participants à l’utilisation de l’application « Atlascine ». Durant cette séance, les participants seront invités à utiliser ces deux approches et à questionner leur intérêt et les potentialités qu’offre leur combinaison. Pour rendre toujours plus accessibles les histoires de vie, il s’agira plus précisément d’interroger le passage du récit à la carte et d’expérimenter le processus de cartographie participative.
