Student Affiliate
Emma Garon is a graduating M.A student in Museum Studies at Université du Québec à Montréal and works in the cultural sector. Emma graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Concordia University (2024). Their interests focus on community archives, object biographies and socially engaged art. Their current research explores ways objects of memories transform through time and the shifting signifiers that emerge through these processes. Thereby aiming to better understand the ways communities come to define themselves through a collection.
