His PhD thesis, \u201cFlour Mill se fane?: Deindustrialization and Urban Renewal in Sudbury\u2019s Francophone Quarter\u201d will explore the twin impacts of these processes on Franco-Ontarian identity and the community\u2019s response to socio-economic changes to the region.
