Dr. Kelly holds degrees in political science (B.A., McGill University), urban planning\/design (MSc, University of Groningen), and memory\/heritage studies (PhD, University of Amsterdam). His doctoral project explores participatory art\/design and memory activism in relation to Montreal\u2019s dissonant colonial heritage.
