She holds a PhD from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London, where she examined the impact of war and genocide on contemporary artistic production in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Over the past decade, she has curated numerous exhibitions and artistic projects, including the Pavilion of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Venice Biennale in 2019 and seven editions of the Kuma International Summer School.<br \/>\nShe has also contributed extensively to cultural diplomacy, strengthening artistic and institutional ties between Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina. In recognition of her efforts, she was awarded the Order of the Star of Italy, one of the highest honors conferred by the Italian Republic. In 2025, she was selected as a Revizor Fellow, further expanding her research and curatorial work in post-conflict artistic practices.
