She is currently pursuing her MA in Art History at Concordia University and holds a BFA from the same university in Art History and Studio Arts, specializing in painting, fibres and print media. Olivia is interested in public art, postindustrial places and community-authored urban history. Her thesis research investigates the role of public art in the specific social and spatial conditions found in the South-West Montreal neighbourhood of Pointe- Saint-Charles. Currently, she is a data manager for \u00ab\u00a0La Ville Extraordinaire\u201d, a community-based oral history research-creation project directed by Dr. Cynthia Hammond in collaboration with Dr. Shauna Janssen.
