Her SSHRC-funded doctoral dissertation project investigates dimensions of bisexual community building and activism in Montreal from the 1990s to the 2000s. Gabryelle holds a BA and MA in History from Concordia University and MISt (Master of Information Studies) from McGill University. They are currently on the leadership team for the international non-profit Bisexual Research Group.
