Jacques Langlois is a software engineer who received a BSc. in Computer Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1999.
At the age of 12, Jacques started working as an IT technician at the Dong Dok Nationnal University of Laos, installing and maintaining a Macintosh SE and Apple IIGS Appletalk network. During his studies at the École Polytechnique de Montréal, Jacques continued to work in the IT field for the Dollard-des-Ormeaux City hall (win31/Lantastic), the Bank Of Montreal (win98/Novell) and the now defunct CECM school board (OS7/Appletalk).
Since graduating, Jacques has worked for Ubisoft Entertainment Montreal and kamiCode Solutions. While at Ubisoft, Jacques was the lead Artificial Intelligence (AI) programmer for the following video games:

In his spare time, Jacques also teaches traditionnal Kung Fu at the International Orthodox Wing Chun Federation.
