Speaker:
Sarah Lake and Paul Ballerini

Sarah Lake
Digital Media and Projects Coordinator, COHDS

Paul Ballerini

This two-hour workshop will cover in broad strokes the sound editing process from start to finish using Adobe Audition. Building on basics such as organizing tracks and choosing the right format for exporting, the workshop will also include a cross-section of the wide array of tools at your disposal to enhance, modify and get creative with your sound. Whether you’re making a documentary, a soundscape or simply a podcast, these skills will help you transform your project into a polished and professional media work. No media production experience is necessary to attend this workshop. Space is limited to 10 participants.

Paul Ballerini and Sarah Lake, both graduates of Concordia’s Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema Film Production BFA, have collaborated on several short films and on many sound design projects.

PLEASE NOTE that due to high demand, priority will be given to COHDS affiliates. Affiliates, if you are unable to register, please contact us.
