Dr Farina King is “Bilagáanaa” (Euro-American), born for “Kinyaa’áanii” (the Towering House Clan) of the Diné (Navajo). She is Assistant Professor of History at Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and an affiliate of the Cherokee and Indigenous Studies Department. 

 

This event is co-hosted by the First Peoples Studies Program and the Department of History, Concordia University, Tiohtià:ke, unceded Kanien’kehá:ka territory, Montréal, Québec
